Would You Like An Extra RM 10,000

  How many of you like to make an extra RM 10,000 income? I’m sure I do. I get the same response as well when I ask this question in all my webinars. Unfortunately, everyone who says “Yes!” to this question, may not have the same energy when it comes to taking action.

You see, the problem here lies in that creating an additional RM 10,000 requires you to either create value through your time or coming up with an idea. Both require you to ‘think’. Unfortunately, many people I met don’t like to ‘think’. Many expect results to fall on their lap. They don’t call ‘active’ income without a reason, you know….

 So back to the story, let me share with you how Chian Chian created an additional RM 10,000 in income for herself. She recently join our “Double Your Networth” webinar & was automatically enrolled by me to the 10K Challenge. She hit her RM 10K Challenge by renting out her property for RM 1,300/month for 1 year. That’s creating an RM15,600 rental income in less than 7 days after the webinar. 

Is It So Easy?

So you must be wondering “So easy meh?” Of course not. Anybody telling you is easy will be lying to you. Unless you have trained your mind to be able to persevere past failures that happened and keep moving forward. Can you imagine how Chian Chian felt when the unit was empty? Most will go like this “Is ok la, I just pay first lo, now very hard to get tenant, cause economy not good”

Only after we went through her Financial Compass, did she realize that the “property was leveraging on her, not her leveraging on the property”, if you understand what I am trying to say.

It May Be Challenging, But We’ve Done It In The Past

So this happened to another 2 of my students, who found that an additional RM 1K – 2K per month felt so relieving. They told me that “Wow, I didn’t know it can help so much” after creating a RM 12,000 to RM 24,000 income annually within a few days of making that decision. 

 Just like Jessica (not her real name) and Zafifi, they manage to rent out their property during MCO. Everyone I spoke to at that time says “Aiyah, can’t rent out 1 la!!! How to show tenant & do viewing during MCO?” But guess what, Jessica rented out her property at RM 1,200/mth and Zafifi rented out his property at RM 950/mth
